Client information:
Please provide ALL information when placing the order wherever possible: We would appreciate the information being accurate, organized, complete and typed. This will help in meeting your deadlines and prevent errors from occurring. If time is of issue it may be advisable to confirm quantities and items in advance of providing the information, however all deadlines are agreed to after information and proofs are approved. Incomplete or changing information is one of the main causes of errors. Your attention to the information you provide helps us keep our costs down and assists in maintaining our quality objectives.

Pricing:
Due to the amount of products and the variables in process and quantity, not to mention the speed at which things change we have chosen not  to include pricing or order fulfillment on our website at this time. Please contact us (see contact) by phone or by email or visit our showroom in downtown Vancouver for our pricing information.

Artwork:
Please download our “Artwork Standards” form for more comprehensive information on artwork.

Our art department works in CorelDraw. Artwork can be sent by email or delivered on disk in CorelDraw format (.cdr) Adobe Illustrator Version 9 (.ai) or earlier or and (.eps) format. Files must be readable on a PC & Artwork should be in Black and White.

Please reference work order number when sending artwork. Work order number is supplied by your Customer service Representative.


Setup Charges:
New Artwork: $ 55.00
Artwork on File $35.00 This setup applies to artwork being changed for a new item.

Personalization: Copy changes on Glass, Crystal, Acrylic and Plaques

Proofs:
Proofs are provided for every corporate award item including but not exclusive to Glass, Acrylic, Crystal & Plaques. Delivery is dependant upon an approved (signed) proof, therefore promises on delivery will only be made once a proof is approved.

Rush Charges:
Clarkes will charge a rush charge when we have to rearrange our production schedule to accommodate a rush order. To avoid this please provide us with enough time to complete your order.

Payment terms:
We accept Visa, MC, Debit, Company Cheques and Cash at the time of completion of the order, If you have an account with Clarkes payments are 30 days at time of invoice.

Cancellations:
All costs incurred prior to order cancellations will be charged and paid by the client.

Custom Orders:
Every attempt is made to provide the exact quantity ordered, however we reserve the right to under or over ship items up to 10% on all custom orders.
